Connects eligible adults to more than twenty programs and services. These include but are not limited to care management, Medicare counseling, home delivered meals, in-home care, health promotion classes, grocery shopping, and legal assistance.

Investigates elder abuse, neglect, exploitation and abandonment through its Older Adult Protect Services Program.​

Supports The Ombudsman Program that works on behalf of residents in long-term care facilities to ensure the highest quality care.
